    Our Business Law Group is currently looking for a full-time Corporate Assistant. The ideal individual will have 2+ years’ experience in the area of Corporate Law. Some experience in Estates work would also be beneficial.   

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks for one lawyer, including but not limited to, managing an Outlook calendar, opening files, invoicing and accounting duties, setting appointments, diarizing deadlines and bringing them forward, coordinating Zoom meetings, corresponding with clients, posting dockets, file organization and management, maintaining up-to-date corporate files, assist with drafting, reviewing and revising various corporate documents, preparing annual corporate minutes. 

    Your qualifications should include experience working in a fast paced practice with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage priorities to ensure all deadlines are met.  Experiencing drafting, editing, and formatting documents is expected.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must and knowledge of Soluno, Filevine, and MinuteBox (or similar programs) is beneficial, but not necessary.
