Our Personal Injury Law Group is currently looking for a full-time Law Clerk/Paralegal to cover a 12-month parental leave (starting in November 2026), with the possibility of permanent employment. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, extremely busy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a law clerk/paralegal, in the area of Personal Injury
• Experience drafting pleadings, mediations, LATs, motions, and other legal documents
• Experience preparing pre-trial and mediation briefs
• Experience with all stages of trial preparation and LATs
• Experience in AB and Tort essential

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, which are necessary to draft correspondence and legal documents
• Ability to manage priorities and ensure all deadlines are met
• Ability to multi-task, complete work with great accuracy, work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision, take initiative when required, and be efficient with time management
• Ability to schedule meetings and communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other professionals
